Integrated Pest Management, Inc. has been in business since 1983. We are a full–service pest control operation with five employees, and specialize in commercial and residential properties. We provide an unusual degree of personal attention and detail.

Our principals,  Frank Comstive and Bob McQueen, are members of NPMA, TPCA, and the Greater Houston Pest Control Association, and we cover Fort Bend county (west and south side of Houston). We're not “spray jockeys,” but start by working on the boundary, the perimeter, then interior. We take an environmentally-sensitive approach to prevent problems and then to control them long-range.

Texas-licensed, we cover general extermination, termites, lawn and ornamental, and weeds (everything but fumigation). We do everything from animal trapping to structural ant problems; racoons; skunks; and rodent and bee control. Regular treatments are the backbone of our service. We offer free onsite inspection estimates for termites. We respond immediately to your calls and schedule visits with you within 48 hours.

We have a vested interest in providing a safe, environmentally conscious, cost-effective solution for your pest problems. We will never provide a treatment based on popularity or price, which will not solve this insidious attack. We’ve many years of special training and experience and the right tools to assure protection against destructive rodents, insects, and other pests.

We know the industry inside out and are a group of well-respected, thoroughly professional, reliable pest control specialists with extensive educational background. We’re patient, enjoy educating our clients, and are totally conscientious and careful. We offer old-fashioned, free, friendly advice and have the only retail store in our area that sells professional pest control products to the public. We’ve been honored as Business of the Month by our local Chamber of Commerce and as Business of the Year by the local pest control businesses’ organization of community charity work.
